How to Use
Massage Oil. Slowly dispense pump into your palm & apply to desired areas of the body. Massage into skin as part of your daily self-care routine, or use as a replacement for traditional lotions and creams.
Salve. Use pea-sized amounts on desired areas 1-3 times a day or as needed. Massage into skin and allow oils to absorb.
Bath Soak. For a full bath, use about one third of the bag, added to a drawn, warm bath using a dry hand or tool. Soak for 10-30 minutes, then rinse and wipe down the tub so the oils don't leave a residue.
Lip Balm. Apply to lips generously and rub together to ensure an even coat. Can also be used on cuticles.
